Aiqing · Pengzu Yinyang Harmony Method
The Aiqing Pengzu Yinyang Harmony Method traces its origins to Peng Zu's ancient self-cultivation methods and carries forward the lineage of Xu Fu's eastward journey. Founded by Master Aiqing (Qing Lieping), it distills decades of hands-on practice into a complete system of mind-body cultivation.
The method centers on yin-yang balance — externally following the rhythm of the four seasons, internally harmonizing essence, qi and spirit. It grounds daily wellness in routine, mindset and physical conditioning, advocating self-discipline and family harmony rather than the pursuit of mystical powers.
The practical system comprises four modules — Tuna Dangong (breathing practice), Zhuji Zhuanggong (foundation standing practice), Bigu Qingxiu (fasting retreat) and the Yinyang Harmony Secret Method — supported by daily practices: bowel cleansing, cold showers, tea nourishment, morning training, dietary discipline, evening sitting meditation, secret method practice and sleeping on schedule.
Training proceeds step by step. Through standing practice, breath regulation, seated meditation and a regular daily rhythm, students consolidate their foundation, release body and mind, and attain abundant vitality and household harmony.
Academy rules: the foundational methods are open to all regular students; the Peng Zu – Xu Fu Yinyang Harmony Secret Art is transmitted only to indoor disciples who pass long-term assessment, and is never disclosed externally.
