Is a certificate issued?
A PDF certificate of completion is issued by Japan Pengzu Academy Co., Ltd. after the 3-night / 4-day retreat.
Are online courses available?
Programs are primarily delivered in person at our retreat bases; online support is limited to prep materials and Q&A.
What is the refund policy?
Full refund up to 14 days before opening, 50% refund 7–13 days before, no refund within 7 days — credit transfer to next cohort is available.
Are interpreters provided?
Mount Fuji and Los Angeles bases staff Japanese / English assistants on-site.
